Bodywork

Holistic Facial: 1 hour - $50

A unique facial massage that sculpts, tones, hydrates and nourishes the skin to a healthy glow.  I use the purist skincare products (Jurlique of Australia) and include lots of shoulder, neck and scalp massage…as well as foot reflexology. Blissful, healing and incredibly effective - your skin will have a youthful radiance after only one session. 

Ultimate Healing Experience: 90 Minutes - $100
(Massage, Facial and Foot Reflexology)

My signature treatment: a 90-minute session that includes a Therapeutic Massage, Holistic Facial and Foot Reflexology. Deeply relaxing and restorative to one’s body, mind and spirit. Incredibly healing!

Foot Reflexology: 30 minutes - $35

By working the “reflex” points on the soles of the feet, one’s whole body is experiencing benefits as these points directly correspond to every organ in the body.   The session begins with warm towel compresses to the feet, signaling the body that a deeply healing experience is beginning….relax, let go and soothe your aching feet, ahhhhhh…

Therapeutic Massage: 1 hour - $65

Massage is more than just pampering—it is a healing modality. The benefits of a good massage are myriad: improved circulation, more oxygen to the cells, better blood and lymph flow,  greater joint mobility, relief to tight, knotted muscles, stress and pain reduction:  to name a few! My massage is therapeutic in that I strive to help clients get rid of any aches or pains in the body, relax and let go of stress.
